All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or high order volume.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days after shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays that are outside of our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lunavex is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.


Delayed or Lost Packages

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we will gladly assist.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
